Release Notes

This is the first public release of Jellyfish Deep Zoom !

The download contains source code, documents set and sample application.

documents are:
*.chm windows help files for Jellyfish Deep Zoom
*overview of Jellyfish
*server-side specification
*client-side specification
*manual for sample application
*about "Hello world" sample application
*about sample & tutorial

Jellyfish Deep Zoom requires Visual Studio 2008SP1, Silverlight 2 and its tools for visual studio and Expression Blend 2 SP1. For more information on installation requirements, please refer to the guide included as part of the release below.

We welcome your feedback, bugs and submitted patches to improve Jellyfish Deep Zoom. In particular, if you are using Jellyfish Deep Zoom or were inspired by Jellyfish Deep Zoom to build a deep zoom applications, we would love to know about it! Especially, for commercial services, please let us know about it. Of course, please leave a post in the discussion forum.

important : please try this release before source code repository. Because of numbers of image files, images that required for sample application does not include in source code repository. Please download and try this release, and over write by source code.
