I'm trying to find out if there is a better way to debug this besides looking through the this a common issue others hit? if so, how do you debug it? Is it a common mistake entering an image that causes it?

This has been a very tough error for me to deal with..I've been deleting my entire database and all files and reuploading them to fix it currently.
